The role
You will be responsible for generating new business for Avalw Shield, a privacy protection software for Mac and Windows. You work independently, set your own schedule, and earn commission on every sale you close.
Compensation
You earn a percentage of every sale. The more you sell, the higher your rate. Commission is calculated on the full license price of $199 per unit. Paid monthly via bank transfer.
There is no upper limit. An agent selling 100 licenses per month at Starter tier earns $5,970/month. At Elite tier with the same volume, that's $8,955/month. Top performers selling 500+ licenses per month earn $44,775+.
When you bring in a new reseller or distribution partner, you earn an additional 2% recurring commission on all sales made by that partner for the first 12 months. This is on top of your regular commission for your own direct sales.

Yes. We offer an independent commercial agent agreement based purely on commission. This is not employment, it's an independent contractor relationship. Independent commercial agent agreements are recognized in virtually every jurisdiction. In the European Union, this is governed by the EU Commercial Agents Directive 86/653/EEC, implemented in all EU member states. It defines self-employed commercial agents as independent intermediaries with continuing authority to negotiate transactions on behalf of a principal. Outside the EU, most countries recognize independent contractor status through common law or statutory frameworks. In the US, the 2024 FTC Non-Compete Rule explicitly protects independent contractors from non-compete restrictions.
You will sign an Independent Sales Agent Agreement that specifies your commission rates, payment terms, and responsibilities. The contract clearly establishes that you are a self-employed intermediary, not an employee. You are free to work for other companies simultaneously, set your own hours, and choose your own methods. We do not provide equipment, mandate working hours, or exercise day-to-day control over your activities.
Commission income from independent agent work is treated as self-employment income in most countries. You are responsible for reporting this income and paying applicable taxes in your country of residence. You can typically deduct legitimate business expenses (marketing, travel, software, phone) to reduce taxable income. We recommend consulting a local accountant for your specific tax situation.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via bank transfer within the first 10 days of the following month. You receive a detailed statement showing every sale, the commission rate applied, and the total payout. Minimum payout threshold is $100.
No. There is no minimum quota, no monthly target, and no penalty for low activity. You sell at your own pace. However, agents who are inactive for more than 6 consecutive months may have their agreement paused until they request reactivation.
Not directly through this program. However, if you bring in a reseller or distribution partner through our Partner Program, you earn a 2% recurring bonus on their sales for 12 months. If you're interested in building a sales team, contact us about our Partner Program instead.
